At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical arrangements and home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the silk plants or floral arrangements in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a traceable carrier of your choice to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
